I know that you are on your feet from morning to evening,
I know you don’t find time to rest at night,
I know your body aches and your head is heavy from lack of sleep,
I know that you did not find understanding among other mothers,
You hear a lot of criticism from friends and strangers too,
You feel weird in your body and in your sensations too.
Every day, evening, and morning, you wonder if you are a good mother,
You are tormented by thoughts about whether you will definitely prove yourself in motherhood.
You have days when you feel useless, weak, and misunderstood as a mother.
Every time you hear a baby cry, you run to his room.
You sleep on the floor next to the baby.
Your life has changed and taken on a different meaning.
Your world is now you and the baby a world without a child no longer exists for you.

I’m on my feet from morning to evening too,
I don’t find time to rest at night too.
My body aches and my head is heavy from lack of sleep,
You find my understanding as a mother and I do not criticize you.
I feel weird in my body and in my sensations but this feeling is incredibly good.
Every day, evening, and morning, I wonder if I’m a good mother, that’s what every mom thinks, it’s our curse.
I feel weak, useless, and misunderstood on some days but also I feel strong, independent, and extremely happy as a Mom.
Of course, I run to the baby’s room every time I hear him cry.
I sleep on the floor next to the baby too.
My life has changed and taken on a different meaning. A meaning I’ve never known before. The love I’ve never felt before.
My world is now me and the baby and a world without a child no longer exists for me.

I’m just showing you we all have the same story we’re all the same exhausted mothers with the same mothering issues.
We must stick together, not judge, not criticize. Start sharing only good words that give us energy, and comfort. Try to make everyday life easier for other Moms.
