UNEXPECTED CHANGES ARE GOOD FOR ME

“THE BEST THINGS HAPPEN UNEXPECTEDLY.”

Today’s post is short but honest. I noticed that in December everyone writes a summary of the year or a list of achievements of the year. I honestly don’t care for it. Everything that I managed to achieve last year came out unplanned, mostly due to the initiative of the people I surround myself with.

The strength of family support

Without the support and help of my loved ones, I would probably do nothing but move to a new country and feel sorry for myself, how hard it is here. I started with blogging, which I always thought about. This allowed me to forget for a moment about the hardships of another emigration. And then I gave to illustrate (https://olawsieci.pl )written fairy tales that had been in the drawer for over 2 years. So far, the first two parts have been released, but the sequel will be coming soon. I don’t plan when, it just comes out on its own.

As most friends ask: 

When did I have time for this?

How did I manage to create this fairy tale? 

The answer is simple. It’s not the job for one day. For years I have been continuing to write books, and in my free time, I try to create more parts of this fairy tale and more books. It all depended on my mood. If I am happy because my children are doing well, they have friends with whom they have many fictitious plays, then I write fairy tales. If I want to kill someone, I write a thriller, horror, or anything scary. If I’m sad, I’m writing a true love story, it makes me happy quickly.

Passion for writing

I am a person who has always written. I was designing little coloring books with few sentences when I was 6 years old. I had my diary when I was a teenager. My last pages in school notebooks were filled with quotes full of good energy and positive emotions. And to survive the crises, I had a special small notebook with short humorous texts.

Two more passions

As a mother of two, it’s very difficult to find time for myself. I spend most of my free time playing with my children. The process of writing fairy tales lasts forever. I suspect it’s easier and faster for people whose creative inspiration is uninterrupted. All the turmoil in my life creates original stories, which I also describe on the blog. If it wasn’t for the disruption of everyday life, there would be no topics for posts, there would be no funny entries either. I owe everything to the fact that my little ones make my day more pleasant and cause interesting entries to appear.

The time spent on writing is a great satisfaction, inventing, creating, and with the help of my illustrator bringing the characters from my fairy tales to life, this is something that entertains me, in which I see sense. However, the greatest success in my life is still my two precious.

I am happy with what I have achieved in my private life and I am happy with how my children are doing in a new country.

I don’t want to make any summaries or set goals for the next year. Let it happen like in fairy tales, unplanned, magic, but always with a happy ending.
